Holistic Management – Sharpen your Sword – Macedon Area, Victoria

This two day workshop is for graduates and participants of a full long Holistic Management course.  We will focus on the things you need to be doing to really make the rubber meet the road. We won’t be doing the basics (other then a little refresher).

Topics will include:
-Strategic planning and goals,
-Getting your WOTB going (working on the business),
-Creating an action plan with goals for the next twelve months;
-Enterprise review including enterprise weak link analysis and look at the key drivers of enterprise performance;
-Business review and Strategic analysis of your business profit (True Profit) and creating a real budget that works!
-And time for discussion of any issues or concerns you have

This program will follow the Holistic Strategic Business Plan process adapted from the HM framework by Glen Chapman of Southern Blue Regenerative

This workshop will include quick review of the HM course material (ie ecosystem process, tool including grazing).  Most of the work will be on getting you looking at some strategic planning using Holistic Strategic Business Plan process.  This gets you to focus on your Context/Vision and then how we create a business to achieve that. We will review the business model canvas to help model out your business including products and resources required.  Then look at the chain of production at a business level to find the action points for moving forward. Then you will head down into reviewing enterprises and how we assess what is working and what isn’t.
